The exciting agenda includes a candidate forum moderated by NBC’s Chuck Todd, and the list of speakers include Ambassador Rabbi David Saperstein, New York Times reporter Jodi Kantor, New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof, Israeli author Ari Shavit, and the youngest female Knesset member in Israel’s history, Stav Shaffir.
The more delegates we have from CRS, the more privileges we will receive, such as access to a delegate lounge, a registration discount, and a URJ host/coach to help our congregation make the most of the experience.
The Biennial is more than just an opportunity to hear from exciting speakers. The largest Jewish gathering in North America, with nearly 5,000 people in attendance, it includes four learning tracks: strengthening congregations, audacious hospitality, tikkun olam, and Jewish text study. It’s also a terrific opportunity to immerse yourself in new ideas and practices on the cutting edge of what’s happening in Reform Judaism. In addition, hands-on learning sessions are available on an exceedingly wide range of topics, covering all facets of congregational life from membership and outreach to leadership development.
