This past Friday, November 30, we honored Janie Roher and Claudia Wagner, who accepted the Meyers W. Nathans Award. They accepted on behalf of the CRS Refugee Resettlement Committee, who worked diligently to welcome and support a refugee family from Pakistan as they immigrated to the United States. The Meyers W. Nathans Award is given annually to recognize congregants who have done outstanding work promoting the vision and mission of Rodeph Sholom. Congratulations to all on the committee who did so much to welcome new Americans home.
