Counseling and Support Service: Ruth Kobrin, LMSW

Are you feeling anxiety over the pandemic? What of the election? The votes may be in but the election season had us all on a rollercoaster of emotions. Are you overwhelmed? Now more than ever before, these are uncertain times and they are stressful for everyone. In fact, we’re in a period of great stress. You are not alone if you are feeling anxious during this time. Your feelings are perfectly understandable. Everybody needs a helping hand. Do you?
As CRS’s resident social worker, I am here to help you through difficult situations. And this one’s a doozy! There’s no crystal ball to tell us what things will be like in the future but you can get help now to get you through this time. I want to hear how you’re feeling and how you’re coping so I can help you take care of yourself. I can refer you to accessible resources and provide you with suitable information. You don’t have to deal with these trying times alone. If you need help, do not hesitate to call—it’s confidential. Reach out to me. Don’t wait.
