What We Talk About When We Talk About Israel: Shalom Hartman Institute Community Collaborative

Tue, Oct 13, 2015 • 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Tuesday, October 13, 7:00PM-9:00PM

Rodeph Sholom has been selected as part of the inaugural year of the Hartman Community Collaborative in New York City. This is our opportunity to create and engage in large, public conversations on Israel.

The language and dialogue around Israel  is charged, emotional, and ever more polarizing. This lecture series will explore internal Jewish narratives about Israel, help us to unpack the complex meanings of peace in Jewish tradition.

If you are interested in developing a deeper relationship with Israel and all its complexities, never has there been an opportunity like this, learning from with some of Israel and American Jewry’s leading thinkers, learning with other Jews, don’t miss your chance.

6 lectures, 6 months, 6 INCREDIBLE speakers on Jewish Values and the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict.

CRS members may attend this series free of cost. Our participation is generously funded by the Dora and Leo Diamond Day Program Fund.
