As in many cultures what we eat, how we eat it, and whom we eat with is central to our identity.  From brisket to bagels, latkes to jelly doughnuts and more, we tell our stories — communal and personal — through the food we cook and eat.

From culinary history to cookbooks and memoirs, these three lectures, starting with Professor Hasia Diner, will make you think, make you ask, and make you hungry…
