Our Shireinu services for people with special needs have been creating comfort and belonging for all at CRS for ten years, with sensory-sensitivity, ASL interpretation, visual aids, and a quiet room. This inclusive service brings the core philosophies, warmth, and structure of our Shireinu service into our Erev Shabbat prayer at CRS.
Each Friday evening the Rodeph Sholom community joins together to welcome Shabbat in a joyful service of prayer, music, song and moments of quiet contemplation. Our Erev Shabbat service is a perfect way to end the week and begin recharging for the week ahead.
The second Friday of the month at Rodeph Sholom is Shir Chadash, a service comprised largely of song and features our instrumentalists, our adult and children’s choirs and the lively participation of the entire congregation. The Shir Chadash service provides a meaningful worship opportunity for congregants and visitors of all ages — from seniors, to children and everyone in between!
