Join us as we explore the Jewish spiritual practice of mindfulness, focusing on the different mystical attributes that exist within each of us. Learn how to cultivate traits of Loving Compassion (Chesed), Strength (Gevurah), Beauty (Tiferet), Endurance (Netzach), Humility (Hod), Foundation (Yesod), and Majesty (Malchut). When we cultivate our inner virtues, we improve our full selves. Class will be led by Bernice Todres, teacher of mindfulness for 25 years. Come for one session or to all four.
