An event every week that begins at 5:00pm on Friday, repeating until Friday, May 17, 2019

One event on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 12:00pm

Join us as we explore the Jewish spiritual practice of mindfulness, focusing on the different mystical attributes that exist within each of us. Learn how to cultivate traits of Loving Compassion (Chesed), Strength (Gevurah), Beauty (Tiferet), Endurance (Netzach), Humility (Hod), Foundation (Yesod), and Majesty (Malchut). When we cultivate our inner virtues, we improve our full selves. Class will be led by Bernice Todres, teacher of mindfulness for 25 years. Come for one session or to all four.

May 4th’s session will take place in conjunction with Havdalah Unplugged.
