From metabolism to mood swings, sleep to sex, Dr. Epstein explores hormones’ impact on our bodies with wit and curiosity. A Rodeph Sholom congregant, Dr. Epstein is an adjunct professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, a lecturer at Yale University, and a writer–in-residence at Yale Medical School.
