2 for Seder

Thu, Mar 5, 2020 - Wed, Apr 15, 2020

Push Back on Anti-Semitism with Love and Matzah

You have a role to play in the fight against hate and anti-Semitism. In the face of ignorance and animosity, we may expand understanding and collective belonging. It’s our responsibility to elevate awareness and exposure to Judaism, weaving together difference through shared celebration. In opening our tables to others, we can sit together in the stories of strangers and emerge with connection.

Take action this Passover by participating in 2 for Seder:

  • Invite two acquaintances of a different background to their first family Seder at your home.
  • Bring two acquaintances of a different background to a Community Seder in your area—such as our CRS Congregational Seder on April 8.
2 for Seder

2 for Seder is a national event held in memory of Joyce Feinberg, who was one of the 11 murdered at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh while praying during Shabbat. It was referenced in Rabbi Ben Spratt’s sermon for High Holy Days 5780, Vulnerable, Together. Click here to read the transcript.
