OFFICERS to be elected for a one-year term ending in 2024:

Judy Gallent – Assistant Treasurer (1 year for 7th term)*
Scott Bernstein – Vice President (1 year for 1st term)*
Cara Lown – Vice President (1 year for 4th term)*
Annette Orenstein – Vice President (1 year for 2nd term)*
Suzanne Waltman – Vice President (1 year for 2nd term)***
Rob Steinman – Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees (1 year for 4th term)

- Partner at Reed Smith where he serves on the Board of Legal Outreach Organization, supporting the academic development of underserved youth

- Served as the RSS Board Chair from 2019-2022, making valuable contributions to the CRS Board and Executive Committee

- 4th generation Rodeph Sholom congregant whose grandfather, William Bram, and great uncle, Dick Eisner, served on the Board of Trustees
- Participated in a Strategic Plan working group
- Produced “Soul Series” with Cantor De Lowe featuring contemporary Jewish artists
- Gifted event producer and social media communicator with a forward-thinking approach to engaging young adults
Erika Weinberg
- After being a member for over ten years, her connection to CRS deepened during the pandemic when watching erev Shabbat services became a crucial part of her week
- Thoughtful participant of the Leadership Institute
- Board member and serves on the development committee of Lawyer’s Alliance for New York, and her prior board service includes Citizens Committee for NYC and Free Arts for NYC

Budget Report and Approval of the 2023–2024 Budget
The overall revenue for CRS (including the Synagogue as submitted by the Synagogue Budget Committee and approved by the Synagogue Board of Trustees; and the Rodeph Sholom School as submitted by the Rodeph Sholom School Finance Committee and approved by the Rodeph Sholom School Board of Directors) for the coming year amounts to $37,590,863, which includes the carry-over of prior years’ surpluses of $1,662,066. Projected expenses are $37,590,863, which includes a contingency of $639,506 and capital expenditures of $4,496,877.
