Rodeph Sholom Celebrates Simchat Torah

Last year in the midst of our Simchat Torah celebration, the Jewish world faced the horror and tragedy of October 7. Even as we mark this milestone of grief and the heartbreaking year since, we feel amplified responsibility to raise our voices in prayer and song and loudly celebrate our sacred Torah. As we have done for generations, we respond to the darkness by shining brightly with the best of our tradition.
6:00 PM: Erev Simchat Torah Service – All ages (Main Sanctuary and Live Stream)
On Simchat Torah, Jewish communities around the world consecrate a new year of learning. We will celebrate a rising generation of B’nai Mitzvah, chant the final verses of Deuteronomy, and then begin a new cycle of Torah reading with Genesis.
Immediately following Service: Simchat Torah Celebration – All ages (Schafler Forum)
Our celebration continues with dancing, food, and community connection!
