Light-One-Night Chanukah Visits

Brighten an older adult’s Chanukah with Light-One-Night.
DOROT connects volunteers with older adults to share the holiday traditions and deliver a festive package.
Each family will assemble their own Chanukah package filled with holiday goodies to give to an older adult. Don’t worry, we’ll send a helpful guide with tips on how to put it together!
Families will deliver packages to the senior’s home on Sunday, December 22nd, 3:00 – 5:00 PM.
After delivering the package, each family will connect with the older adult by phone or video chat to wish them a happy holiday.
Spaces are limited!
Age: Family with children ages 5 or older.
Time Commitment: One hour for an in-person delivery with a following visit or call.
Requirements: Participating adults provide a valid, US-government-issued photo ID.
