Hebrew 201 – Intro to Reading Hebrew (Spring 2025)

In our continuation class, we will focus on both strengthening reading skills as well as using these reading skills to learn elements of Hebrew language through central pieces of the Shabbat morning prayer service. Our work will help with both comprehension and participation in Shabbat services. This class requires no prior knowledge of Hebrew, only completion of our Hebrew 101 literacy course!
The online course will be taught by Melissa De Lowe, founder of Urban Lion Jewish Learning.
Policies/Cancellations:
A minimum of four students is required for the class to run.
If registration is full, email crs@crsnyc.org to be placed on the waitlist.
A refund may be requested up to 7 days before the first class.
