As a Reform Rabbi and former Executive Director of the Israel Religious Action Center, Noa has led pivotal initiatives, including the historic push for women’s inclusion and the fight against discriminatory candidates running for public office. Her commitment to fostering equality and understanding among diverse communities guided her work as well withthe Jerusalem Open House for Pride and Tolerance.
