With a distinguished career dedicated to social justice, Noa is a prominent voice in Israel’s ongoing efforts to protect civil rights, advance gender equality, and combat racism. As a Reform Rabbi and former Executive Director of the Israel Religious Action Center, Noa has led pivotal initiatives, including the historic push for women’s inclusion and the fight against discriminatory candidates running for public office. Her commitment to fostering equality and understanding among diverse communities guided her work as well withthe Jerusalem Open House for Pride and Tolerance.
