Join us for an important panel discussion addressing some of the most pressing issues facing the Jewish community today. Together, we will explore the causes of rising antisemitism, how these threats are compounded by divisions within our community and by challenges to democratic norms, and what concrete steps we can take to build solidarity and fight antisemitism at the national, state, and local levels.

Our distinguished panelists include:

  • Amy Spitalnick, CEO, Jewish Council for Public Affairs

  • Rabbi Rick Jacobs, President, Union for Reform Judaism

  • NY State Senator Liz Krueger
Moderated by Becca Israel, Director of Strategic Engagement, The Nexus Project*

Attendees will gain valuable resources and guidance to address antisemitism, including materials from The Nexus Project and the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism.

This program is presented in partnership with the Temple Shaaray Tefila Social Justice Team. We encourage congregations and organizations to join us as co-sponsors by publicizing the program in their communities and sending delegations to participate.

*The Nexus Project is a coalition of scholars, policy experts, civil and human rights advocates, and educators committed to fighting antisemitism and defending pluralistic democracy. Its mission is rooted in the understanding that Jewish security depends on the protection of democratic values, building solidarity, and promoting education about Jewish history.
