Days for Girls is an international organization that supports menstrual equity around the globe by making and distributing re-usable, sustainable menstrual kits. They have distributed 2.8 million kits since 2008. The New York City chapter of Days for Girls works on packing kits to be distributed internationally and up the street in New York City. You do not need to know how to sew to participate. This is a great parent-and-child (age 12+) opportunity!
