DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED. Please consider joining us for another CRS outing! \nThis event is for CRS members only. Learn more about membership at CRS here. \nTour the Park Avenue Armory from the soaring 55\,000 square foot Wade Thompson Drill Hall to the extraordinary interiors by Louis Comfort Tiffany\, Stanford White\, Candace Wheeler\, Herter Brothers and others. The 75-minute visit covers the first floor period rooms\, the vast Drill Hall\, and some of the second-floor areas not normally on view to the public. The Armory’s history\, restoration\, and renovation plans by renowned architects Herzog & de Meuron\, and the building’s new life as a New York City cultural institution will all be discussed. \nCRS Outings is made possible by a generous donation from Marcia and David Lavipour. \nYou may request a refund up to 5 days before this event.
