Bereavement Support Group with the Jewish Board

Grief can be overwhelming, and it often helps to share the journey with others. As part of the Jewish Board’s specialty treatment team, this support group offers a compassionate, supportive space to process loss and find community, guided by a licensed clinical social worker.
- Grounded in evidence-based clinical modalities.
- Integrates spiritual resources that reflect the values of many participants.
- Welcomes individuals grieving any type of loss, recent or not.
- Encourages open sharing and mutual support in a respectful environment.
The group is open to any resident of New York State and will meet virtually, running for 12 weeks. Services are billed through insurance.
