6:30 PM | Followed by a light reception
An intimate and meaningful Evening of Music & Remembrance honoring Yom HaZikaron and Yom HaShoah, featuring William Goldstein, an award winning composer and pianist.
Hosted by American Friends of Unit 669 (AFU669), this special evening will bring together community, reflection, and tribute in support of the brave soldiers and alumni of Israel’s elite rescue Unit 669 — individuals who dedicate their lives to saving others.
The program will feature a special musical performance by internationally acclaimed, award-winning pianist and composer William Goldstein, known for his extraordinary improvisational performances that blend classical, cinematic, and Jewish melodies into a powerful and deeply moving musical experience.
We will also hear remarks from Captain (Res.) Bar Reuven, Co-Founder and Executive Director of American Friends of Unit 669, social and business entrepreneur, and public speaker, who will share reflections on the unit’s impact and the importance of ongoing support for its heroes and their families.
This tribute evening benefits American Friends of Unit 669 and helps provide critical care, resources, and long-term support for Unit 669 soldiers, veterans, and their families.
