183rd Annual Meeting
of Congregation Rodeph Sholom

The undersigned, a member of Congregation Rodeph Sholom (“CRS”), hereby appoints Barbara Zakin or any of her designees as my Proxy to represent my membership unit at the 183rd CRS Annual Meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, and at any adjournments thereof (the “Meeting”) to vote in favor of the election of Officers and Trustees, the approval of the 2024 Annual Meeting minutes, and the approval of the 2025-2026 CRS Budget.
This Proxy shall remain valid unless withdrawn by me by written notice to Barbara Zakin at info@crsnyc.org no later than Monday, May 19, 2025. However, this Proxy shall not apply in the event that I or another person in my CRS membership unit attends the Meeting in person.
