Register for Adult Civil Rights Journey
Welcome to registration for the Adult Civil Rights trip! Please read carefully before beginning your registration:
This experience is only open to CRS members. All participants must be 21+.
A minimum of 20 participants are required for this trip to run. Please DO NOT book any travel until you receive your trip acceptance.
Registration Steps
1) Complete your online registration. A $500 deposit is required to hold your spot, and full payment is required by December 15, 2024.
2) CRS staff will confirm your registration within three (3) business days of registering. DO NOT book any travel until you receive your trip acceptance.
3) Your trip acceptance email will include arrival and departure instructions so that you can book your travel and begin preparing for the trip.
Trip Costs
- The full land cost is $1,590 per person for a double-occupancy room and $1,885 for a single-occupancy room. (Note: some single-occupancy rooms may have two beds.)
- The trip costs include:
1] Meals: Friday Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner; Saturday Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner; Sunday Breakfast. Meals include entrée and non-alcoholic drink; alcoholic drinks, appetizers, and desserts are extra.2] Ground transportation beginning on Friday afternoon.
3] Hotel on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
4] Admissions, snacks, a CRS lightweight sweatshirt, and programming costs. - The trip costs DO NOT include:
1] Airfare to and from Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport is not included in the cost of the trip and should be purchased by each individual participant. See information below. PLEASE PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE for both the flight and the land trip. DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL UNTIL YOUR REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED BY CRS STAFF.
2] Sunday lunch and optional group dinner on Thursday night - You may request a roommate when you register, and we will prioritize mutual requests first.
Health and Saftey Information
- Our trip provider, Etgar 36, works with a team of public health advisors to ensure the health and safety of all participants.
- The trip is expected to sell out and we will travel together on a full bus.
- We will share any necessary COVID procedures as we get closer to the trip.
Registration Policies
- A deposit of $500 is required when you register, and full payment is required by December 15, 2024.
- Registration is first come, first serve. Should the trip sell out, we will begin a waitlist.
- Cancellation policy:
- Before November 26 – full refund
- Between November 27 and December 20 – any fees paid minus the $500 deposit
- After December 20 – NO REFUND
