On Thursday evening, March 8, 2018, over 100 people gathered for CRS’s Symposium on Aging ̶ A Toolkit for Planful Aging, which brought together extraordinary professionals of various talents, disciplines, and perspectives to assist the 45+ age population as they plan for their later years and those of their loved ones. After an opening panel of specialists introduced family caregiving, maintaining a healthy brain as we age, end-of-life considerations and planning your living space for the future, everyone broke off into six breakout sessions covering What Matters a new advance care planning initiative at CRS, caring for yourself while caring for others, pillars of healthy aging, an introduction to ethical wills, healthy aging by design and planning considerations for those without children or other family members. It was a most informative evening for all who attended. Thank you to the CRS Caring Community!
