CRS Economic Response

As part of our ongoing CRS Economic Response initiative, we have established an online job bank as a resource.

As job losses in our nation and our city continue to mount, we know that many of our congregants are facing job loss as well. During these truly difficult times, we want to respond directly as a community, both with the support and availability of our clergy and staff, and the ability to draw on the diversity and expertise of our congregation to help those members who are looking for new employment opportunities. As part of our ongoing CRS Economic Response initiative, we are establishing an online job bank as a resource.

Maimonides, the 12th century philosopher, noted that while all tzedakah is commendable, the best possible way to help someone is to enable someone to get back on their feet. If you are seeking employees yourself, or hear of full-time or temporary positions at your company or elsewhere, please do the mitzvah of sharing them with those in our community who may be able to take advantage of them. There is no obligation on your part; simply fill out the form below and our staff will post it on the Online Job Bank.

Whether you are looking for a job or have one in your company, we recognize the sensitive nature of this relationship within the synagogue community. While we cannot guarantee a perfect match between our job seekers and those posting jobs, we hope that this will be a valuable resource in these challenging times. Please check back often, as we will be updating jobs and resources as we receive them.
